Boann Group via one of its principals acquired a minority interest in Velocom Inc. Velocom built wireless networks in Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay and held wireless licenses and spectrum in Chile, Peru and Colombia.  Vesper the Brazilian entity and Brazil’s largest Competative Local Exchange Company (CLEC) was acquired by Embratel. Velocom of Argentina and Uruguay was one of Latin America’s first and largest Wireless CLECs. It was acquired by Datco of Argentina.

SayoCom built a coast to coast North America network with connections to South America via Buenos Aires. Sayo provided network integration services and wholesale Internet access to major telcoms and ISPs (eg: Qwest, Telmex and Fibertel). Sayo was acquired by a major Canadian Telecommunications Company.

Z1 Communications: Provided Unified Communications in Latin America Markets. Z1’s service allowed customers to easily set up multi-party conference calls , send and receive faxes via their email. Z1 was acquired by a South American Telecommunications Company.

iSportsFantasia provides “white label” fantasy sports games for Spanish language media.  Customers include:  PepsiMundo, Pepsi’s Latin America promotional site; Azteca America,  Impre Media and the Clarin Group.
